XV is from Wichita, Kansas which isn’t exactly known for it’s hip hop but with projects like this coming out that could change. It’s got new beats by Just Blaze, J Cole and Seven. Some great guest appearances by Pusha T, Kendrick Lamar and Patrick Stump of Fall Out Boy and it’s the type of listen that’ll have you involuntarily bopping your head. There’s something about horns on the right kind of hip hop record and Omen arranged them just right to make a song that’s perfect to start the new year with! It’s from his upcoming project Be The Judge and it helps that he got our girl Erin to bless this with her incredible voice too.
