Tiron’s last project was called Ketchup cause it was a compilation of songs that had been floating around for a few years and it was an opportunity for people to catch up. Now my dude Tiron is back with another sonic condiment (with a slightly abbreviated title). He’s so talented I considered staying on the business side of music just so I could work with him. MSTRD also has guest appearances by Blu, Asher Roth and Ayomari. Definitely dope.

On Wednesday night we celebrated the upcoming release of TiRon’s debut video Throwing My Money at the Echo in LA and it felt like the arrival of the newest star in hip hop. Most of LA’s dopest artists came out to support including Pac Div, Blu, Dom Kennedy, Shawn Chrystopher, Diz Gibran and Brook D’Leau of J*Davey. It was a packed house that got treated to a great show and the world premiere of the video. On Tuesday it hits the net and you’ll get to see it too.
