Great web series and I’m glad they documented this cause good times were definitely in full effect!
Seeing brothers like Chedo putting together shows like this is great. A thorough interview with one of my favorite new MC’s. Funny moment when J. Cole shows how Jay-Z reacts when he likes what he’s hearing.
How Mos Def throws a curveball at Tim Westwood in this interview is absolute greatness. How Tim Westwood runs with it is absolute comic genius (mixed with sad truth). LMAO!!!!!! Part 2 of this has some funny moments too so click HERE for that.
He shares Alicia’s approach to collaboration which is very cool and it turns out that Unthinkable (I’m Ready) -which leaked last week- was actually written by Drake, produced by Alicia Keys, Krucial & 40. It also turns out that the song wasn’t supposed to be leaked (hence why I took down my link to it) but Alicia’s album that it’s on, The Element Of Freedom, will be out Dec. 15th so you can support it then.
This was filmed before his infamous AMA performance so topics range from the making of his album to a very cool moment Adam had with Lady Gaga. This episode also features the lovely Shakira.
The record breaking live stream of the Twilight: New Moon red carpet premiere that brought UStream and MySpace unprecedented viewership, 3 million to be exact! Getting to see the phenomenon of this franchise was unbelievable and interviewing the cast was a lot of fun. The highlight was creating quite the moment between a contest winner and Robert Pattinson.

I just came across an extremely funny interview series hosted by Zach Galifianakis (The Hangover). It’s called Between Two Ferns and I posted this episode with Conan O’Brien and Andy Richter but there’s more like the one with Natalie Portman and her dog Whiz that you can check out here.
Shout out to Miss Info for posting this.
Once and a while a TV show comes along that elicits a response so immense- even the people who created it are surprised by it. Glee is that kind of show. Another rarity is an artist who doesn’t even do hip hop but gets invited by Jay-Z to perform with him at Madison Square Garden. John Mayer is that kind of artist. These interviews give insight about why that is.
